INGREDIENTS

- 300g pork slices
Seasoning

- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Coating
- as needed potato starch
Oil

STEPS
Mix pork slices with grated garlic, grated ginger, sake, and soy sauce in a bowl. Massage and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Slice the onion thinly and soak in water to remove sharpness. Drain well.
Coat the marinated pork slices with potato starch. Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C and deep-fry the pork until crispy.
Arrange sliced onions on a plate, stack fried pork and onions into a tower, and drizzle with ponzu soy sauce.
