INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Cheese
- đź§€ 80g pizza cheese
- đź§€ Grated parmesan cheese, as needed
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, chopped
Condiments
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- đź§‚ Salt and pepper, to taste
Coating
- All-purpose flour, as needed
- Breadcrumbs, as needed
Oil
- Salad oil, as needed
Seasoning
- Dried basil, as needed
Batter
- 30g all-purpose flour
- đź’§ 50ml water
STEPS
Chop the tomato into small pieces. In a bowl, season the pork with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Divide the pizza cheese into 4 portions and shape them into balls. Wrap each cheese ball with pork to form a meatball.
Mix water and flour in a bowl to create the batter.
Dip the meatballs into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs. Heat salad oil to 180°C and fry until golden brown, turning occasionally.
Place chopped tomato and ketchup in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Mix well.
Serve the tomato sauce on a plate, place the fried cutlets on top, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and garnish with dried basil.
