Wash the chives thoroughly and cut them into 5cm pieces.

Thinly slice 1/4 onion and soak in cold water to remove the sharp taste.

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork belly slices. Season with 2 pinches of salt and a dash of black pepper.
