  • Seasoning

    • 5 tbsp gochujang
    • 2 tbsp red pepper flakes

STEPS

Place the broth pack in a pot and boil to extract the flavor.

Cut the pork belly into 3cm pieces.

Prepare the vegetables: cut potatoes into chunks, onions into wedges, and slice the green onion diagonally.
