- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 pack bonito flakes
- Shichimi pepper, as needed
STEPS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Place bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle bonito flakes on top, and spread the pork belly pieces over them.
Drizzle sake over the ingredients and place butter in several spots. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5–6 minutes.
Once the pork is cooked, mix in the ponzu sauce. Serve on a plate, sprinkle shichimi pepper, and garnish with chopped green onions.
