- Dashi stock, 400ml
- Potato starch, 2 teaspoons

STEPS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the dashi stock in a pot and add the pork belly. Cook through.
Add the bean sprouts and green onions, and simmer lightly for 1-2 minutes.
Add the potato starch dissolved in water to thicken the sauce.
Place the boiled udon noodles in a bowl and pour the thickened sauce over them.
