Spread 1/3 of the pork in a pan, season with salt and pepper, and layer half of the zucchini on top. Repeat the layering process and finish with the remaining pork. Season again and cook over medium heat for 1 minute.

Add sake, cover the pan, and steam over low heat for about 5 minutes until the pork is cooked through. Remove excess moisture with a paper towel.

Top with pizza cheese, cover, and steam for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts. Garnish with parsley and serve.
