- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Meat
- 🐖 60g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 leaves cabbage
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧀 Grated cheese to taste
- 🌿 Parsley for garnish
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 🥛 150ml milk
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 💧 100ml water
STEPS
Tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add pork and grated garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then add the sauce ingredients (canned tomatoes, milk, consomme, salt, pepper, and water) and mix well.
Once the mixture boils, break the spaghetti in half and add it to the pan. Stir lightly, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes longer than the package instructions, stirring occasionally.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.
