- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
STEPS
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and water) and simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
