INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🎃 250g pumpkin, seeds removed
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Flour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Cheese
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
White Sauce
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Slice the onion and cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces. Place the pumpkin in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and onion, and sauté until the onion becomes tender.
Add flour and stir until no powdery texture remains. Add the white sauce ingredients and pumpkin, then cook while stirring until thickened.
Divide the mixture into heatproof containers, top with shredded pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
