Pork and Potato Mayo Kimchi Steam

    • 200g sliced pork
    • 🥔 3 potatoes (300g), sliced
    • 150g kimchi
    • 1/4 bunch chives, chopped
  • Seasoning for Pork

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Sauce

    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Slice potatoes into 7mm rounds, soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Chop chives into 4cm pieces.

Mix pork with sake, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.

Layer potatoes, pork, and kimchi in a frying pan. Add mayonnaise, sake, mirin, and soy sauce. Heat on medium with a lid until boiling, then reduce to low and steam for 6–8 minutes.

Remove the lid, stir everything together, and add chives. Mix briefly before serving.
