- 🐖 150g ground pork
- 🧅 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
STEPS
Finely chop the onion and mix it with the ground pork.
Crack the eggs, add salt and pepper, and mix well.
Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté the pork and onion until cooked.
Add the stir-fried ingredients into the egg mixture and mix lightly.
Reapply oil to the frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, cover, and cook over medium heat.
Once one side is set, flip it over and cook both sides until golden brown. Done!
