INGREDIENTS

    • 8 slices pork loin (160g)
  • Vegetables

    • 1 pack maitake mushrooms (80g)
    • 1/2 bunch komatsuna (100g)
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 1 tsp grated ginger

Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Cut the root ends off komatsuna and slice into 3cm pieces.

Cut pork slices into 5 equal pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, ginger) in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes.

Add maitake mushrooms and komatsuna to the pan. Stir-fry until softened, then add the sauce and cook until the liquid reduces.
