INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🍖 300g pork (shoulder or belly)
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head of kimchi, chopped
- đź§… 1 onion, sliced
- đź§… A small amount of green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp rice wine or cooking wine
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and chop the kimchi into 3cm lengths. Combine them in a pan.
Slice the onion into wide pieces and add it to the pan.
Add 2 tbsp of rice wine and mix well with the pork and kimchi.
Add 1 tbsp gochujang and 2 tbsp oligosaccharide. Stir-fry on high heat without adding water.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the pork is fully cooked.
Add chopped green onion and stir-fry briefly. Finish with 1 tsp sesame oil.
If the dish has too much liquid, increase the heat to reduce it. Otherwise, cook until the green onion is tender.
