INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🐖 50g ground pork
Vegetables
- 10g julienned ginger
- 2 shishito peppers, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Slice the shishito peppers into rings and julienne the ginger.
In a microwave-safe container, mix ground pork, ginger, ponzu soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Add the sliced shishito peppers, mix, and let sit covered for 1 minute.
Add the cooked rice and white sesame seeds to the container and mix thoroughly.
