INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g enoki mushrooms
- 1 cucumber
Seasonings
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- Pinch of gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp chili oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ Pinch of garlic paste
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut enoki mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Layer pork, salt and pepper, and enoki in a microwave-safe container. Pour sake over the top.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Mix the resulting broth with soy sauce, vinegar, honey, gochujang, chili oil, sesame oil, garlic paste, and sesame seeds.
Julienne the cucumber and spread it on a plate. Arrange the cooked pork and enoki on top, then drizzle with the prepared sauce.
