INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
Seaweed
- đźź© 1 sheet nori
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
Pork
- 🍖 1 slice Spam
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
STEPS
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the Spam slice until both sides are browned. Remove from the pan.
Add salad oil to the same pan and heat over medium. Pour in the beaten egg and shape it into a square the same size as the Spam. Flip and cook until done, then remove.
Place half of the rice in the center of the nori sheet. Layer the Spam and cooked egg on top, then add the remaining rice. Wrap with the nori and secure with plastic wrap. Let it sit for a few minutes to set. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
