INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 3 strips pollack roe
- 1 handful sliced radish
- 🧈 1/8 block tofu
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
STEPS
Prepare pollack roe, radish, tofu, green onion, chili pepper, and garlic.
Cut pollack roe into 2 cm pieces, slice radish thinly, dice tofu into small cubes, and chop green onion and chili pepper.
Add 400 ml water and 1 tbsp fish sauce to a pot and bring to a boil.
Add 1 tsp gochujang and 1 tsp red pepper powder, then simmer for 5 minutes.
Add garlic and tofu, then simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add pollack roe, chili pepper, and green onion, then cook for 3 minutes.
Add additional green onion for garnish and serve.
