    • 🍝 200g spaghetti
  • Seafood

    • 🦐 4 peeled shrimp (60g)
    • 🦑 80g sliced squid
    • 🐚 150g clams (purged)
  • Seasoning

    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 50cc white wine
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 3 tbsp pasta water
  • Garnish

    • 🌿 5g chopped parsley

Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and mince.

Wash peeled shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.

Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook 1 minute less than the package instructions. Reserve 3 tbsp of pasta water and drain the spaghetti.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat. Once fragrant, increase to medium heat and add shrimp, squid, and clams. Stir until coated in oil. Add white wine, cover, and steam for 3 minutes until clams open.

Add spaghetti, salt, pepper, and reserved pasta water to the pan. Mix for about 30 seconds to coat the pasta. Turn off the heat, add parsley, and mix briefly.
