INGREDIENTS

- 20 perilla leaves
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion
Protein
- 100g spam
- 🥚 4 eggs
Seasoning

- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Wash 20 perilla leaves thoroughly.
Chop the washed perilla leaves finely.
Place 100g of spam in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
Add the mashed spam, chopped perilla leaves, and 1 stalk of sliced green onion to the bowl.
Add 4 eggs, 1/3 tsp salt, and a pinch of pepper to the bowl and mix thoroughly to create a batter.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spoon 1-2 tbsp of the batter into round, flat shapes. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
