Perilla Leaf Mixture
- 10 perilla leaves
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Mayo Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Peel the shrimp completely, removing the shells and tails.
Tear the perilla leaves into small pieces.
Blanch the torn perilla leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Cool the blanched perilla leaves in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the perilla leaves with minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and sesame oil.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the shrimp evenly.
Chop the cooked shrimp into small pieces.
Combine mayonnaise with soy sauce to create the mayo sauce.
Assemble the dish by placing rice in a bowl, topping with perilla leaf mixture and chopped shrimp.
Drizzle the mayo sauce on top and serve.
