INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 200g chives, cleaned and cut into 4-5cm pieces
- 4-5 perilla leaves, thinly sliced
- đź§… 1 medium onion, soaked in vinegar water
Dressing
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 3 tbsp perilla oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
STEPS
Clean and cut the chives into 4-5cm pieces, then drain well.
Soak the onion slices in water with a few drops of vinegar to remove the sharp taste. Thinly slice the perilla leaves.
Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
Combine the chives, onion, and sliced perilla leaves in a bowl. Toss with the dressing.
Sprinkle perilla powder on top before serving.
