    • 2 cups chicken broth
    • 1/3 tablespoon dehydrated onion

    • 🥛 1 1/4 cups skim milk
    • 3 cups baby spinach
    • 🥜 1/4 cup peanuts
    • đź§… 1/4 cup green onion
    • đź§‚ salt to taste
    • red pepper to taste

Combine the first 9 ingredients into a soup pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in peanut butter and milk. Return to a gentle simmer and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.

Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
