INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- 🌱 1 cup peas
Dairy
- 🥛 400ml milk
- đź§€ 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 0.3 tbsp salt
- A pinch of ground pepper
STEPS
Cut the potato and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the potato, onion, salt, and pepper, and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add 300ml milk and peas to the pan. Simmer for 3 minutes, then let it cool slightly.
Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth.
Return the blended soup to the pan. Add 100ml milk and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.
Serve the soup in bowls. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top if available.
