INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 6 thin slices of beef
Vegetables
- 6 perilla leaves
- 1/3 red paprika, sliced
- 1/3 orange paprika, sliced
- 1/3 yellow paprika, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- đź§‚ 6 pinches of salt
- 6 pinches of pepper
STEPS
Prepare 6 thin slices of beef and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Season each slice lightly with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Slice red, orange, and yellow paprika into thin strips. Wash and prepare 6 perilla leaves.
Place a slice of beef flat, layer with a perilla leaf, and arrange paprika strips on top.
Roll the perilla leaf tightly, followed by the beef, ensuring the seam is at the bottom.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and cook the rolls seam-side down first to seal them.
Once the beef is fully cooked, slice the rolls diagonally for serving.
Serve with dipping sauce made from soy sauce, water, vinegar, and sugar mixed in equal parts.
