- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 1/2 yellow paprika (75g)

- 150cc olive oil
STEPS
Cut the yellow paprika into 6 vertical slices and then into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and sliced chili over low heat until fragrant. Add the canned mackerel and paprika, then simmer over medium heat.
