    • 🥩 2 filet mignons, 6–8 oz each
  • Butter

    • 🧈 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Seasonings

    • 🌿 1 sprig fresh rosemary

Take the filet mignon out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature.

Sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust for your preferred doneness.

In the last minute of cooking, add the remaining butter and rosemary to the pan, and spoon the melted butter over the steaks.
