INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 🥬 200g cabbage leaves
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Seasonings
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Cut the yellowtail fillets into bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the yellowtail and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on one side, then flip.
Add the cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and shimeji mushrooms to the pan. Cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for 3 minutes until the vegetables soften.
Remove the lid, mix the ingredients, and add the sake, soy sauce, and garlic. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
