Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
STEPS
Remove the skin from the salmon fillets and season them with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until golden brown on one side. Flip and cook until fully cooked through.
Add butter and the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, ponzu soy sauce) to the pan. Stir to coat the salmon evenly, then serve.
