Seasoning

- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs

STEPS
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and flour on the surface of the ground meat while keeping it in the pack.
Thinly slice the cabbage.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the ground meat (seasoned side down) in the pan, and shape it with a spatula. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and flour on the other side, flip, cover, and cook until done. Serve with cabbage on a plate.
Add breadcrumbs to the pan and toast on medium-low heat until golden brown. Sprinkle over the meat and serve with medium-thick sauce.
