INGREDIENTS

Batter
- 3 tbsp tempura flour
- đź’§ 4 tbsp water
Cooking Oil
- sufficient salad oil for frying
Coating
- sufficient tempura flour for coating
STEPS
Place oysters in a bowl with water and gently wash them, changing the water 2–3 times. Pat dry with kitchen paper and lightly coat with tempura flour.
Mix tempura flour and water in a bowl to create the batter.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 180°C. Dip oysters into the batter and fry, turning occasionally, until the coating is lightly golden.
