    • 🥔 100g radish

    • 🥚 1 egg

    • 1 tbsp perilla oil
  • Liquid

STEPS

Slice the radish into thin pieces and cut the green onion diagonally.

Place oysters in a bowl, add 1/2 tbsp salt and water, and wash quickly.

Heat 1 tbsp perilla oil in a pan, add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic and radish, and stir-fry.

Add 900ml water to the pan and boil for 10 minutes.

Add the cleaned oysters and season with 1/2 tbsp salt. Boil briefly.

Add green onion and pour in 1 beaten egg evenly. Stir gently to finish.
