    • 🥓 70g block bacon
  • Seafood

    • 🦪 4 oysters (60g), shelled
  • Vegetables

    • 100g komatsuna, chopped
    • đź§„ 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Condiments

    • 150cc olive oil
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp sliced chili
  • Preparation

    • 1 tbsp potato starch

Cut the root of the komatsuna, wash thoroughly, and chop into 3cm pieces. Slice garlic in half, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.

Cut the block bacon into 1cm cubes. Mix oysters with potato starch in a bowl, add water to cover, and gently wash until the water runs clear. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.

Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat. Add bacon and oysters, simmer for 3–5 minutes until bubbling. Add komatsuna and cook until wilted.
