- 🍚 Cooked rice - 2 servings
- 🥚 Eggs - 3 pieces
Seasonings
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- đź§‚ Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Mirin - 2 tablespoons
- Dashi broth - 1/2 cup
STEPS
Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Add soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and dashi broth to a pot and heat over medium heat.
Add the chicken to the pot, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Beat 2 eggs and pour them over the chicken. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve the chicken and eggs over rice, and optionally top it off with the remaining raw egg. Enjoy!
