INGREDIENTS
Main
- 150g somen noodles
- 50g mentaiko
- 150g grated daikon
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Sauce
- 4 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 100ml water
STEPS
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water. Cut the kaiware sprouts in half.
Mix the mentsuyu, vinegar, and water in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Boil somen noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
Plate the somen noodles, top with mentaiko, grated daikon, and kaiware sprouts. Pour the sauce over.
