  • Tofu

    • 100g silken tofu
  • Vegetables

    • đź§… 50g thinly sliced onion
    • 1 tbsp dried wakame
    • đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
  • Seasoning

    • 1/3 tsp granulated dashi
    • 1 1/2 tbsp miso
  • Liquid

    • đź’§ 300ml water

Thinly slice the onion.

Cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes.

In a pot, heat water and granulated dashi over medium heat. Once boiling, add onion, tofu, and wakame. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Dissolve miso into the soup and bring to a gentle boil.

Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
