- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms

- 🍶 1/2 block tofu
- 🥚 3 eggs

- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Generous amount of cooking oil

STEPS
Dice all vegetables except for the onion and bell peppers that will be used as rings.
Slice the onion and bell peppers into rings for presentation, and dice the remaining parts.
Mash the tofu and mix it with the diced vegetables.
Coat the onion and bell pepper rings with flour.
Combine the diced vegetables, mashed tofu, eggs, minced garlic, salt, and sesame oil in a bowl. Mix well.
