Onion Namul with Men-tsuyu

    • 2 tsp men-tsuyu (3x concentrated)
    • 2 tsp sesame oil
    • 2 tsp white sesame seeds

Cut off the top and bottom of the onion, slice it in half, and cut into 7mm slices with the cut side down.

Place the onion and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3–4 minutes. Let cool slightly and drain excess water.

Add the seasonings (men-tsuyu, sesame oil, white sesame seeds, and garlic) to the onion and mix well.
