Onion and Wakame Miso Soup

  • Seaweed

    • 1 tsp dried wakame
  • Seasoning

    • 1/3 tsp Japanese granulated dashi
    • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • Liquid

    • đź’§ 400 ml water

Thinly slice the onion.

In a pot, heat water and granulated dashi over medium heat until boiling. Add the onion and simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes until softened.

Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso paste into the soup. Add the wakame and heat over medium until just before boiling.
