- 100g mizuna, cut into 4cm pieces
Condiments
- 1 umeboshi, pitted and mashed
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 3 minutes, lightly massaging it. Drain the water. Cut mizuna into 4cm pieces. Pit the umeboshi and mash it into a smooth paste.

In a bowl, mix mashed umeboshi, ponzu soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add the onion, mizuna, and bonito flakes, then toss everything together.
