INGREDIENTS
Vegetables

- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
- 1 tbsp dried seaweed
Oil and Seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
Soup Base
- đź’§ 300ml water
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Slice the onion and king oyster mushroom thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the king oyster mushroom and continue sautéing for 2 minutes.
Pour in water and add chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Add dried seaweed and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot and garnish with white sesame seeds.
