- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🌱 10 okra pods (120g)
Seasonings
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame
STEPS
Trim the okra by removing the stem and calyx. Rub the okra with a pinch of salt on a cutting board, rinse with water, and pat dry. Place the okra and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Rinse with cold water, pat dry, and cut diagonally in half.
In a bowl, mix the okra, tuna, and seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, ground sesame) until well combined.
