INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 6 okra pods
Dairy / Tofu
- 150g firm tofu
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp miso
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
STEPS
Cut the firm tofu into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Rub okra with a pinch of salt, rinse, trim the ends, and slice into 1cm pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ground pork, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the prepared seasoning mixture, stir, and bring to a boil. Then add tofu and okra, stir-frying for 2–3 minutes.
