    • 1 thin slice of ginger
    • appropriate amount of tororo kombu

    • 1/6 tsp Japanese dashi granules
    • đź§‚ 1/6 tsp salt

STEPS

Wash and slice the okra into small pieces.

In a pot, combine water, dashi granules, and salt. Bring to a boil.

Add the sliced okra and ginger to the boiling soup base. Cook for 2–3 minutes.

Slowly pour the beaten egg into the pot while stirring gently.

Add soy sauce and tororo kombu. Stir gently and serve hot.
