- 🌱 2 okra (24g)
- 1 thin slice of ginger
- appropriate amount of tororo kombu

Soup Base

- 1/6 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- đź§‚ 1/6 tsp salt
STEPS

Wash and slice the okra into small pieces.

In a pot, combine water, dashi granules, and salt. Bring to a boil.

Add the sliced okra and ginger to the boiling soup base. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
