    • 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
    • 20g okara powder
    • 150g silken tofu
    • 50ml unsweetened soy milk
    • 100g pancake mix
    • As needed vegetable oil

    • As needed maple syrup

In a bowl, crack the egg and whisk it. Add sugar and mix well. Then add okara powder, silken tofu, soy milk, and pancake mix, and combine thoroughly.

Heat a frying pan over low heat with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Pour half of the batter into the pan, cover with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip, cover again, and cook for another 2 minutes. Repeat for the second pancake.

Serve the pancakes on a plate, top with salted butter and drizzle with maple syrup.
