Cut okahijiki into bite-sized pieces and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Slice chikuwa into 5mm pieces.

In a bowl, combine the prepared okahijiki, chikuwa, noodle sauce, sugar, and ground sesame. Mix well.
