    • 1 piece (20g) fried tofu
    • 5 leaves (125g) sunny lettuce
  • Dressing

    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tsp red shiso seasoning
    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Topping

    • 2g bonito flakes

Wipe off excess oil from the fried tofu with a paper towel. Cut it in half along the short edge, then slice into 1cm strips along the long edge.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the tofu until both sides are golden and crispy.

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (salt, vinegar, red shiso seasoning, and salad oil). Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl along with the fried tofu. Toss to combine.

Plate the salad and sprinkle bonito flakes on top before serving.
