INGREDIENTS

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar

- 1 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 1/4 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1/2 tbsp plum extract
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Soak the green peppers in water with 1 tbsp vinegar for 5 minutes, then rinse under running water and pat dry.
Cut the green peppers into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1.5 cm each.
Mix minced garlic, doenjang, gochujang, sugar, oligosaccharide, plum extract, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to create the seasoning sauce.
Combine the green peppers and seasoning sauce in a bowl and mix well.
