    • 🐙 100g boiled octopus
  • Vegetables

    • 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Dressing

    • 2 ume plums, pitted and mashed
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 2 tsp soy sauce

Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces. Slice the zucchini into rounds and then halve them. Pit and mash the ume plums.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the octopus and zucchini, and stir-fry until cooked.

In a bowl, combine the ume dressing ingredients (ume plums, mirin, soy sauce). Cover lightly with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.

Mix the stir-fried octopus and zucchini with the prepared dressing in the bowl.
