Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini (170g)
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
Marinade
- 🧂 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
STEPS
Slice the boiled octopus thinly at an angle using a knife.
Peel the zucchini in stripes, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice into 7mm thick pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl, add the octopus, zucchini, and tomatoes, and toss well. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes before serving.
